British Longhairs are beautiful, sweet-natured and patient cats. They inherited their laid back temperament and unique furry coat from their parent breeds, British Shorthairs and Persian cats. Their coat is thick and fluffy, and their lovely round friendly face is impossible not to fall in love with. British Longhairs are generally relaxed and low maintenance. If you’re spending all day out of the house, they’re happy to play games by themself – as long as you give them plenty of cuddles when you return! British Longhairs are prone to being a little exercise-shy, so these coach potatoes might need some encouragement when it comes to getting fit.
